The central reservation system (Availpro) as well as its developers have their own general terms and conditions of use and obligations. PARIS HOTEL by Espace Resa may not be held liable in case of a system malfunction, regardless of the cause. Member-hotels are legally independent companies with their own terms of liability. In the case of a dispute between a client and a member-hotel concerning a reservations or a stay, Espace Resa may not be held liable (whether or not this booking or stay were effected).

Reservations and Confidentianlity
The booking engine used by PARIS HOTEL by Espace Resa is hosted on a secure server for online payment. All personal information is held in strict confidence. PARIS HOTEL by Espace Resa does not disclose confidential information to third parties. The information is transmitted simultaneously to the hotel that the internet user books and from that point is subject to the hotel’s policies.

Surveys and reviews
By making a reservation through PARIS HOTEL by Espace Resa, you agree to answer a customer satisfaction survey which will be sent to you by e-mail. This process helps us to continue to offer the best choices to our internet clients. By returning the completed questionnaire, you authorize us to use and to publish your reviews.
